EV Charging Infrastructure Roadmap Jordan

The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Jordan Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources worked together to inspire the development of a national EV charging infrastructure roadmap. The Netherlands National Charging Agenda was positioned a source of inspiration for Jordan. The Netherlands Enterprise Agency arranged 3 online sessions to share knowledge and discuss further cooperation between both countries for EV charging infrastructure. The sessions delivered capacity building for employees of the ministry and increasing the understanding of EV charging.

This report contains valuable insights around an open market and ecosystem for EV charging, vision and strategy, incentives and taxation models, the involvement of private businesses (existing and new), implementation, contracting and rollout in Jordan.
